  • Proper drinking and eating habits:

Whatever you drink or eat, the effects come visible on your skin and it’s the fact, which is why you are always advised to take vitamin and mineral rich diet. This summer just try drinking lots of water and making fresh fruits and vegetables your diet and then enjoy the results on your skin.

  • Use of sunscreens:

Do you use sunscreen before going out in sun? If your answer is no, you are doing big mistake and a number of people do this mistake. UVA and UVB rays from sun are the most harmful elements for skin. So, don’t forget apply enough sunscreens before going out and apply frequently.

In summers, skin becomes oilier and there are more chances of getting clogged pores. So, make scrubbing and cleansing your habit to keep your skin clean.

Most of the people prefer using natural products on their skin. Some important and helpful natural products that can be used in summer are milk, cucumber, yogurt, milk, rose water, water melon, lemon etc. Milk, yogurt and cucumber keep your skin smooth and fresh, lemon is natural bleaching agent making your complexion fairer. Rose water and water melon are also helpful in keeping your skin smooth, supple and glowing.

  • Skin care treatments:

In this era, everyone is facing busy and hectic routine. If you are one of them, it will not be possible for you to apply natural home remedies constantly and frequently. So, you can go for skin care treatments – like facials, peelings etc. – now and then.
